ZEN ZIN This lush wine, from a grape species originally common to southern Italy, is the latest robust red from Tidal. This particular wine is abundant with the natural berrylike taste of the Zinfandel grape and is extremely fruity, tasting of black cherries, currants and dark plums. While only slightly peppery, it has a smooth, almost velvet finish. Pairs wonderfully with red meat, or pork. |
