Brunch Menu: Start out at the ham
carving station featuring succulent slices of smoked ham
carved to your specifications; then move to the
traditional fare of crisp bacon slices, sausage patties
and biscuits and gravy accompanied by scrambled eggs.
For a lighter fare, we will have a fruit platter and
this year, the world famous Ocarche sweet cinnamon
rolls!! Move over to the syrup, powdered sugar and
strawberries surrounding a waffle station for those who
prefer waffles over bacon and eggs! Of course, butter,
jam, coffee, tea and orange juice will complete a
Harvest Brunch as only Tidal School can do. And of
course there will be free Champaign including both dry
and sweet varieties or we'll make you a Mimosa!

limited qualities!! We currently have our 2005 vintage Cabernet
Franc and 2006 vintage White Cabernet Franc in our tasting room.
These are the only two wines made from Tidal’s estate vineyard, and
yes, if you have joined us for one of our past harvest festivals,
you can say you helped make one of these wines come to be!
The 2005 Cab Franc is a medium bodied dry red. This is a fruit
forward wine, with some nice earthy and green tones. This wine is
ready to be opened and enjoyed today, or it will age very nicely
through the years.
The 2006 White Cab Franc is a blush wine. This wine is a
non-traditional blush because of the grape variety. It is a very
smooth and fruity blush, touching on some strawberry flavors, moving
into currant, and ending with a soft cinnamon. This is one
semi-sweet you don’t want to miss.

Another Gusher is in the bottle at the Tidal
School Vineyards in Drumright! Peach Gusher a new semi-sweet
chilled wine is now available at the winery! Both Peach and
Cherry Gusher
is available in the half-bottle size and comes with a convenient
twist off cap.
At $5.95 per bottle it's the perfect size and price to toss in
the ice chest or enjoy straight out of the fridge with your
favorite food and friends.
For now it's available only at the winery in Drumright although
we hope you'll find it at your favorite retail liquor store
soon!
Winemakers have
always strived to make wines that will match perfectly with
food. But the spicy foods like pizza, barbeque, and Mexican that
Oklahoman's love have always been a challenge. Our winemaker is
a genius!

quality and service. The atmosphere comfortable and stylish,
whether you are at the bar, by the cozy fireplace or in one of

of our Impressao or another Tidal School Vineyards wine and an

Tidal School Wins Gold! Impressao has won a coveted Gold Medal at the Lone Star
International Wine Competition. Over 300 wines competed at the event
with wines from all over the world. Impressao won in the
International Red Table Wine category.
26 Judges from elite restaurants, including The Mansion on Turtle
Creek, retail liquor stores, the Dallas Cowboys, the Gaylord Texan
and area wine experts awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards. Only
20% of the entries received Gold.
